Scouts from Troop 1519 deliver newsletters to the Hayfield Community as a community service to our sponsoring organization. There are 10 months of newsletters. Scouts receive service credit for all 10 months. There is no newsletter delivery during the summer months of July and August. Scouts should wear Class A uniforms.
